Boat on the rocks

I just found out this afternoon that a friend lost his boat on the rocks
at San Salvador. It was a Nonsuch 33 and he was singlehanding. He is a
very experienced sailor and has been cruising the Bahamas for the last
12 - 15 years. I heard that it was a total loss. Getting additional
information is very hard so if anyone sees anything please post it.
