Webasto 5000 from Cay Electronics?

Greetings, cruisers. Thinking about buying a Webasto AT 5000 for our
old Victory Tug from Cay Electronics in Rhode Island, over the 'Net. I
know more about the heater than I do the supplier, but presume they're
reliable. Comments or caveats on either? TIA.
