Pls advise here ========================== The words inexpensive and teak do not usually appear in the same sentance. There are lots of teak sources, none inexpensive unless you can find a good scrap bin somewhere. |

You are not going to find good straight grained teak for under about $10/bd
ft unless you are buying a whole bunch and it gets even more expensive in wider dimentions. How much do you need and in what lengths and widths? -- Glenn Ashmore I'm building a 45' cutter in strip/composite. Actually, I have seen several places where scrap teak is kept and is
offered for sale at a good price. Fawcett Boat Supply in Annapolis maintains a bin of scrap teak for sale. Doug s/v Callista "Tom Dacon" wrote in message ... They sell it by the pound and you can sometimes find usable pieces for a small project. |
