While cruising the Keys, in case a hurricane is in the offing, you could always sail up to the Little Shark River where there are some fine little hurricane-proof creeks upstream to tie up in. The Bahamas don't really have much in the way of decent hurricane holes. Those few there are get filled with idiots whose boats will break free and sink or damage your boat. Wilbur Hubbard |
