Default C7C 41 Redline

I'm looking at a C&C 41 Redline to use as a live aboard and long distance crushing boat for two people? Any feedback on this boat?
Thx

The older C&Cs were stoutly built and offered good sailing
performance. If it has balsa cored decks, they are a possible issue
and *very* expensive to repair. Be sure and have them well checked.
Rigging and chainplates on any 40 year old boat have to be considered
suspect and ready for replacement, same with the engine if original.
At this point the keel bolts may be an issue also.

Here's a well balanced review of the Newport 41 (based on the
Redline):

Be sure and read the owner comments regarding things like the bow
roller.
