I have a 1999 190CCF Wellcraft. The filter froze & broke on the rwa
water wash pump. What size is this inline filter? The OD of the line appears to be app.5/8" |

I've got a couple in the shop and can take a look to see what size screen then but I'd guess about 1.8". Cheers, Bruce (bruceinbangkokatgmaildotcom) |

Is rubber hose sized by OD or ID? Thanks |

Pipe is outside. -- Richard Lamb |

Pipe is outside. "Tubing" is measured on the outside; pipe is different as its size is the "nominal" ID, but actually neither the inside or outside have any relationship to anything. Most rubber and plastic hose is measured on the inside. Cheers, Bruce (bruceinbangkokatgmaildotcom) |

You'd be right at home here as, as far as I can tell there is only one word for a long hollow device to carry water, and that is "pap", so when you want tubing you either find a place that speaks English (usually more expensive) or use the classic statement "like this one" adding the qualifier "but bigger" or "but smaller" :-) Cheers, Bruce (bruceinbangkokatgmaildotcom) |
