Default FL anchoring rules (was) Spot checking

Hi, Wilbur, and thanks for the link.

Even though this is likely the last time in any foreseeable future that
we'll be anchored in FL waters, I've followed this closely. Printing it out
to give to any overzealous officials is a good idea, too.

Now in and settled, Lydia's vacuuming the cockpit while I get ready to fetch
a chart chip to replace the defective one for the Bahamas, we're likely to
leave on Sunday morning, the gribs looking like it will be perfect for our
passage to Walkers Cay.

If I have the time and don't die of the heat, after I dive the boat to check
out the zincs and the bottom (and scrub the very little on the bottom of the
dink), I'll try to get up a log posting about St. Augustine and this trip...
