Casady In a comparable situation with an inboard/outboard, I noticed the lip seals were arranged to close the lip in the direction of greater pressure, or undesired liquid flow. But I have seen advice that where there is space for several stacked lip seals, one could place at least one facing both possible flow directions. Brian w |
