The rule is the pressure side is on the spring side allowing the pressure
difference to add sealing force on the lip. Steve wrote in message ... I have a Johnson Pump F7B-9 (10-24394-1). A raw water pump for my Volvo . It has two 'lip seals' in it. Which way do they go in? I wasn't there when they took them out. Any ideas?? Hanz |
