Hmmm not sure how that sounds: bernese mountain dogs, bernese alps
are way too Swiss:
but be'arnaise sauce is what you have in mind I think, a wine stock
reduced with yolks onions etc.?

The latter. Hollandaise kicked up a notch or three. The again, perhaps a
sauce made from the dog might be worth consideration.

Have to go to China for that, so I hear. Come to think of it, someone
sent round images of the buffet offerings during the Olympics -
several of which were - er - unusual: scorpions, f'rinstance :-)

When I was a kid here in Iowa the jet stream came down to ground level

there would have been a lot more tree damage.

The hot dog roll has to be the top sliced kind.

You mean the kind you find in a plastic bag? No way!

Absolutely right. The hotdog roll should be fresh. The lobster should come
in a plastic bag. :-D

No, no, no. The kind you find in New England. Their cross-section is
rectangular sort of like the cross-section of a loaf of bread but of
course
smaller. Not round like the common side-sliced kind.

Ah... otherwise, sacrilege! LOL
