Default Plywood hull - developable surfaces visualization software

Hello,
I've found an interesting hull design in an old DIY journal. All I
have is a cutting pattern for a low density fiberboard (reinforced by
nylon fabric and paint composite). I made paper model and I like it.
Now, I would like to build it from thin, glass-reinforced, plywood.
Is there a way to import the cutting pattern (I can have it in vector
format) into any boat building or other design software and study the
hull to make small changes (i.e. to lengthen and narrow the hull)?
Thank you in advance.
Regards,
Tojkior
