Default removal of old teleflex

I have a old teleflex steering I am replacing with newer one. During
the unistall of the old one I am having trouble with the steering
wheel under mount. I have uninstalled the steering wheel and
underneathe is a hub with outward groves that the steering wheel fits
over and locks into. There is no screws or clips from what I can see.
It will not budge if anyone knows the trick to get this off I would
greatly appeciate.
