Default Soggy cushions... throw, dry, or re-stuff???

1959 40' SeaSkiff #SK-40-164

Recently re-did all the cushions, I don't know whether closed or open
cell foam. Only hint is the guy was reputable. They then ended up
underwater for 10 days.

Looking for options on how to dry out and remove the smell. Unstapling
them; soaking in a mild soap / bleach; and drying the padding seems
simple enough... but what about reassemble..

There is nothing to grab to stretch cuz the material overhang is
trimmed. Can the covering be heated... to make it stretchy? Special
tools... or should I drop them off at a Upholsterer?

Many thanks.
