I recently aquired a set of plans for a handsome 12 1/2 foot sailing
skiff called an "Argonaut." These were designed in 1942, in France, by Jean-Jaques Herbulot as training boats. The class symbol is three interlocked circles. Googling draws a blank on both the class and Herbulot. I intend to build a sailing model of this boat and wonder if anyone knows more about them, especially whether or not any survive. Information on Herbulot would also be appreciated. Cheers, Earl |
