Default Where to find Metric Ruler?

2) It's metric, not French

sorry, you're wrong there. metric is a Frecnch standard. the bar of metal
which is the standard metre is in Paris, France. one of the few rational
things to come out of their bloody revolution. one system is British, the
other is French. like their differences over language and currency its
more power, pride, and politics than science. we have to live with it
every day in Canada.
