Hi
I`m a first time boat builder. I`m wondering if anyone this built this hydro. Also, not up on motors how much would it cost to setup this model to get 40 or 50 mph. Any other advice or thoughts on the boat building process are appreciated. Thanks COUGAR -- A fast, safe, rough water Hydro. Thoroughly tested and raced, a sure trophy winner. On ideal water sponsons barely tap the water. On rough water and even bucking a good head wind, it really moves into its own. Highly maneuverable, can turn on a dime. High nontrip chines prevent digging in on a turn. As a 9'10" "B" Hydro, she will weigh 115 lbs. with all hardware less motor. For the "C" Hydro, make it just two inches longer from back of the sponsons to the transom. Plans are complete with step by step building instructions, full size rib drawings, bill of material, etc. Will take any motor from 7 to 30 hp. http://www.clarkcraft.com/cgi-local/...2&item=9337134 80&cart_id=82107b5e1d0ef02f70d447ad18366754 |
