Minicups and paintballs
Having built two Minicups and my son and his friends being paintball
nuts, I have considered combining the two activities. The paintball guns could be fastened to the boats with cord so they wouldnt sink. Sail in freshwater so corrosion wouldnt be to much of a prob. Let them only fire one round every 10 seconds and give em only 20 shots. Can anybody suggest rules? |

On second thought, maybe Minicups and water balloons would work better as this would require more strategy. For example, since you cannot throw the water balloon through your own sail, your best way to throw would be when you are downwind of your opponent (opposite of weather guage) You may want to check out the "Broadside". Well suited to these little boats. http://www.stevproj.com/Brdside.html -- Andrew Butchart |
