Hi ,
I GRP'd a garage roof about 5 years ago........... To date it is still perfect...getting ready for a clean but that's all. I did it myself with materials from Glassplies in southport.....run out a little bit more than buying normal roof felt. We spent a rather pleasant day...mixing BUCKETS of resin...made a pleasant change from teh usual jamjar ful. I would definetly recommend. I am thinking of spending quite a lot of money on a new GRP flat roof for my garage/balcony and would welcome comments, good or bad on this system. A pal of mine says he has read bad reports of splitting etc - can anybody confirm or deny this? Specifically I am intending to place an order with The Flatroof Company www.flatroof.co.uk for their 'Tuffdeck' system. I would welcome comments from anyone with experience of this company. All comments appreciated.... |
