I do not think they have backing cleats on Sea-tow boats...I may be wrong but doubt it. Loads attached to your bow limit 99% of your control to the tow,,unless you have flanking rudders or cort nozzles, and again never seen a sea-tow boat up close but I doubt it. Just a guess.
