Default Go to your boat and sing as loud as you want.

A man was acquitted Tuesday after being arrested for refusing to heed a
police officer's command he stop singing in a public park. A judge found
Anthony Riley not guilty of disorderly conduct, saying "This is America, not
Afghanistan."

Un-lawful commands from cops can be ignored.

Question:

You just had a major hurricane, or perhaps just before one when it's
deserted and you are on your own, you stayed becaue you want to
protect your property.

A cop comes along and asks if you have any weapons... and you say
yes.

He then ask you to hand them over....would you?

That depends on the cop, and the nature and legality of my weapons.

I would have answered 'no' despite the facts.
