Default Hey Dave

Know any lawyers who will take on a slander lawsuit for 25%?

All the lawyers here want 33.3%.... that could be a fortune.

Thanks

Joe

Not the kind of law I do. But I suspect shopping for trial lawyers based
primarily on the fee they quote, particularly on a contingency, may not be
the best idea.

Your right. I should shop for a lawyer who is famous for going after
slanderious cads. One who can generate national wide attention with
the press.

Do you have a list of Lawyers in the CT. area that are good at this
type of law?

Race Horse Haynes is busy.

Regards,
Joe

He'll also have to find a lawyer that doesn't know what's required for a slander
suite. Not only is it doubtful that Joe would have standing, but I'm pretty sure
that his wife would have to prove directly connected financial loss. It's fun to
read his posts on the subject however.

I'm wondering if the apology he wants from me would be at all similar to the
heartfelt one he is about to make to Bobsprit for all the terrible things he's
said about not only Bob's wife, but Bob's wonderful son, as well. That might be
useful as a guide. G

Post 1 negetive thing I've ever said about Suzy or Thomas.

I'm not the one who is going to be filing the suit..you did not
slander me, if you did I could care less.

You ****ed me off..and slandered my wife thinking you could get away
with it. She has not seen the filth you wrote yet..but will.

BTW the lawyer said since your statement was made via broadcast media
it is considered libel, rather than slander, because the statement has
the potential to reach a very wide audience.

Would you like to repeat what you said about my wife?

Joe
You better wipe that grin off your face.

Now you owe me TWO keyboards. I gotta tell you Joe. This latest nonsense almost
makes me like you. It's very entertaining. You have truly made me smile many
times today. Thanks, pal!

Is it nonsence?

You telling me your dad did not like houseplants? That's not what my
friend at the Radio station in NYC said. Him and your Dad use to do
some work together..... back in the 40's or 50's...Remember that? He's
a Veteran BTW...smart guy.

That's an un-usual middle name he had. Sounds like a fine man..
Someone I would like to have meet. It's no wonder he sat on Sam
Waltons porch. Sounds like you were indeed given a very priveledged
upbringing...So tell me, what happen to you?

Do you have issues because you feel you will never measure up to his
success? And take out those frustrations out on women and strangers
you do not know?

Did I make some typo's that made it nonsence? Would you like to
correct me Mr Harvard Grad?

Joe
