Default Big Tide Swing tonight...

You are grumbling about a range of just over 9 feet!
Come to the West of Uk and you will get 12' on neaps and 18' on springs.
Cross over to the Channel Islands and you will be looking at up to about 40'
I have seen many dinghies alongside the quays hanging up on painters that
were made fast too short..
