Simple, Nathan. Dem's want the White House cuz whoever has it makes lots of
graft. It's up for grabs in 2008. Meanwhile blundering Bush is making all
Repub's look bad, which is great for 'crats. I they successfully impeach
him some smarter Repub takes over (Chaney or ??). they don't even want to
trade lame duck Bush for somebody competent who can then run on his own as
an incumbent.
