You can eat as much as you want. But ya gotta burn off all the calories you eat. Any extra calories turns into fat..... When you see fat obese people all over the place it's because they eat too much and they don't get enough exercise. Both problems are their own fault. People turn themselves into invalids and it's just because they have such a little bit of self-esteem. Cheers, Ellen |
