![]() "CovvTseTung" wrote See, this is why I disagree with the Shrub. There is absolutely no reason to put America's sons and daughters in harms way. The oil in the Middle East is generally about two miles deep. Which means that there is no way it would be adversely affected by a little bit of radioactivity on the surface. Pull all our troops out, and turn the whole freaking place into a puddle of glass. Sounds good to me. Make an example outta them. They understand power. And if they're all dead the ones who're left someplace else won't wanna mess with us. I prefer the solution that got Doug MacArthur fired by Truman Duh, ya lost me.... Cheers, Ellen |

If'n JFK had done that with Cuba we wouldn't have half the problems in the world that we're currently facing. I prefer the solution that got Doug MacArthur fired by Truman Duh, ya lost me.... During the Korean War, when the ChiComs started flooding south to aid the North Koreans, General MacArthur wanted to use dirty nukes to create a 10 mile wide radiation belt across the border. The Chinese troops could still have crossed, but they would have dropped dead from radiation poisoning with 72 hours. -- "Tis an ill wind that blows no minds" ....PK |

But making everything radioactive for ten miles times maybe a hundred miles might pollute the whole earth. But they coulda been sneaky and crop dusted the whole place with anthrax or something like that. Cheers, Ellen |
