We are at the marina in Barra de Navidad. 19.11.42 N &
104.40.56 W
The following picture was taken a few years ago but it
appears we are
in the same slip now as when the picture was taken.
Arabella has the
green sail covers.

Here's a picture of town from the Grand Bay Hotel where
the marina
is. It's a short water taxi (panga) ride to town from the
marina.

Don't think they'll let us take the dogs becasue of quarantine laws...or
of we took them, we might not be able to bring them back...used to know
all the auarantine lawas when I had the shop because had to provide
documentation to say that some animals had been debugged before going to
Hawaii (they have relly strick rules for bringing in animals there)...

Jeeze they're only a few miles south of me, if the wind shifts I'll be
staying home for a while.

Snow's been a slight nuisance around here. 1'' one night,
2'' the next, another 1'' last night. My wife said it
reminds her of her sex life.

I don't get it.

It is sweet here. Not only is it a warm beautiful place to spend the
winter but the locals are all like family. I will miss it next
year.

There's a crane at our marina ,too.
It's used to lift boats in/out of the water.
I've never talked to it, though.

We have a big blue heron that likes to hang out here, he
left a dinner-plate size greeting on our foredeck last
fall...

Seahag

We have one here too.

He poops a stream of sharp edged broken dime size shells mixed with
crab claws and alge. Big Bluish shell laided poop piles..... they look
like Scottys ice cream bowl at the all you can eat buffett. Sometimes
it stains the paint on deck if you dont rinse it off right away...
