Kids will find ways to get hurt. I got a spiral fracture of the tibia in grade 3, in the sand pit. Seahag Killed you for murdering the chinchillas or for falling out of the tree? I climbed way up in an old oak we had that was really sprawly when I was 4...my Dad had to get me out with a ladder... I did the same at around 8. Climbing up was easy. Coming down was frightening! It was an ordeal until my mother heard what was going on (lots of kids in the neighborhood to run home and tell). She showed up and yelled, "Get the hell down here, right now!" So I did. Scout |
