Doesn't do any good anyway. Kids will find ways to get hurt. I got a
spiral fracture of the tibia in grade 3, in the sand pit. Course it
took two other kids swinging me by the feet and hands to see how far
they could toss me. ;-o Guess my mom should have sued and I'd be
rich(er) now. (gr)

Kewl! I went thru a 'fear 'o ants' period. Fell out of a eucalyptus tree,
fortunately onto the recently buried chinchillas...my mother woulda killed
me so I never told...

Killed you for murdering the chinchillas or for falling out of the tree?

4...my Dad had to get me out with a ladder...

I did the same at around 8. Climbing up was easy. Coming down was
frightening!
It was an ordeal until my mother heard what was going on (lots of kids in
the neighborhood to run home and tell). She showed up and yelled, "Get the
hell down here, right now!"
So I did.

hahaha! I discovered my fear of heights when I was half-way
up a water tower. There were several kids behind me so I
crabbed around to the back of the ladder and climbed down.

I understand.
Did you know that people who are afraid of heights are typically the most
sexually adventurous? Psychologists think it may be a tool for dealing with
what are often irrational fears.

I get frightened looking down when I'm wearing my favorite Manolo Blahnik cowboy boots.

You should sell them and get a better boat.

Well, one must be a _bit_ selective!
