"Martin Baxter" wrote in message ... My son just bought TWO Seadoos from his girlfriend's father! Where have I gone wrong? The younger generation is not smitten with sailing as a rule. It's a rare youngster that prefers sailboats over something that goes fast and burns fossil fuels at an alarming rate while polluting the environment. I think it something in their hormones. Max |

Max I blame it on higher education. He's gone to school, worked hard, gotten a degree and consequently a job that pays him too much, so burning fuel at 30 litres and hour doesn't bother him (that's about 8 US Gal/hr)! Cheers Marty |
