Default Thomas and the New Camera



Mooron, this may interest you....this is from the new D80. It's a JPEG
fine, shot with the Tamron 90mm Macro DI, which is also a fine portrait
lens....shot before we went sailing.

This is straight out of the camera. The D200 can't do this without post
work. On the other hand the D200 is a faster camera by far.
Anyway....pretty happy with this new camera for now. I'll shoot some
sailing pics with it later this week.

A stye (hordeolum) does not appear that way, rather it generally presents as
a swollen lid with occasional erythema (redness). What you are seeing on
Thomas' photo is a clump of lashes on the superior lid. Not uncommon on
kids.
