I'm sure that wasn't his intent but that is what happened...I could
write a book on how the system is played from my experiences dealing
with it in Human Resources..it is very frustrating trying to help
someone get a good job, start them on their way to self-sufficiency only
to have them throw it all away for the public weldare...
