The best of Doug...Doug King wrote about his H19....

"The quality control of the original build
is poor, and after seeing this, I would not consider buying a larger
Hunter. "

Uh oh!!!!!

"either of our modest little
boats is worth more, and easier to sell to boot, than Cap'n Bobsplit's
mighty
P30 with it's equally mighty Atomique 4."

Ghost sold for just under 14K and I kept some of the electronics. I
paid 9.5 K for her.

"OTOH the C-22 has a far better reputation than the Hunter, is far
roomier, has
far better resale value, and on average is really better built."

Holy CRAP!!!!

"And the Hunter 19's cabin is probably 95% as roomy and
comfortable as the P30 anyway. "

BWAHAHAHAHAHHAHA!

MORE TO COME!!! And remember, this is the REAL DOUG, the King of
Keels!!!!

Yep.

Did you miss the word "larger" in there, Bubbles? For the
purposes we put it to, I have not seen a better boat than
the Hunter 19.

Uh huh. Expect us to believe that, with your long long
record of lying? Registration and bill of sale, please?

BTW if not lying, you confirmed that what I said was true.

Prodcue the quote please. I never said that because it's not
true. The H-19 is slightly less roomy but much more
comfortable then the Catalina 22.

Can you prove this to be false? Anyway, this also doesn't
sound like a quote from me because I have never been
interested in comparing a Pearson 30 to a Hunter 19.

When you trailer a Pearson 30 over 300 miles for a weekend
cruise, and pull one up to the beach for a Saturday night
cook out, then maybe we can compare the two.

I'd would really like to see the headers from what you claim
are quotes. Is there a reason you left them off? Like your
spur-of-the-moment quote from "a Seaward owner"?

Bubbles, you're nuts.

Doug, do you deny any of these quotes. I can produce the headers if you
want to deny them, which will prove you're a liar.

Your move, fishy!

New York requires that taxes be paid on the sale and the gain, two separate
forms and filings.

Same with all the eBay stuff.

Do you think he files?

Are the tax collectors interested?

They'll have to wait in line behind the guys in white coats
with butterfly nets.

I'm impressed with your trolling abilities, Doug.

You've got RB fixated on you and he's Googling up a storm.

My speculation is RB is driven by an inferiority complex.

Or it is simply from another bad night of sleep in the aft cabin.

Do you think he will buy that splash-slap diaper for his boat?

Don't be jealous, Gilly!

One day, with careful study you can troll this group as well as I do!

Thanks, you think I'm ready to go pro? Or do I need more
coaching & practice?

His mommy's computer is the one that needs a diaper. Oh btw
I saw your Zen diaper comment the other day. Good one!

That's very uplifting and motivational but I doubt that anyone will ever
troll this newsgroup as well as you. Keep up the good work.
