I don't think the Boobster knows what PHRF is. He clearly has no concept of handicap racing since he keeps referring to "boat-for-boat." Doug, who's never even owned a nice cruising sailboat like my 35s5 or C&C 32 is now.... The King of PHRF!!!!! Bow down, mere mortals!!!! Doug thinks "boat fo boat" is a strict PHRF term? Or does it just mean a "slower" 35s5 beat an Express 35 across the finish, and not just in adjusted time???? Doug King of PHRF!!!!!
