Stunning Sail
What can I say...beautiful weather...we sailed for most of the day and
Thomas napped and played and generally had a great time. He's taken to standing on the bottom of the wheel and riding it while we sail. No pics today...I left the memory card in the computer!!! RB 35s5 NY |

Nutsy,
Doesn't that top of the world of cameras have any "Internal Memory?" http://community.webtv.net/tassail/ThomPage |

Doesn't that top of the world of cameras have any "Internal Memory?" Yeah, the little Pentax does, but I just didn't bother with the few shots it allows. Lots more sailing tomorrow anyway, and with more crew which makes it far easier to take pics. RB 35s5 NY |

RB 35s5 NY I Too had a stunning sail today, Just Skipper and I on my dink "Tomahawk" Winds were in the 29-33 knot range, caught some nice gusts as the sun rose. Quite a few boats were out. We sailed side by side with an open 60 for a while and he was surprised that we stayed with him for 2 hrs on a close reach... I had no doubt we could stay neck in neck as long as I desired. Skipper is really enjoying himself on board, often balancing on the tiller bar and barking at the gulls.... my poloroid instamatic was out of film..sorry no pictures. Joe |

Stunning Sail
Thanks for sparing us yet another set of mediocre photographs.
Next time you want a sunset photo get the sail and boat out of the way. Learn to use the camera in modes other than automatic and for God's sake use some creativity. How many pictures can one take of people sitting in a cramped cockpit? At least some of the Ghost girls had nice legs or large breasts. Why not show us some art? Obviously the camera is not the limitation here. Have you no artistic sense? No creativity? One cannot purchase talent. |

Thanks for sparing us yet another set of mediocre photographs. Compared to yours? Next time you want a sunset photo get the sail and boat out of the way. Why? We like our boat. Learn to use the camera in modes other than automatic You mean we should use the Casio in manual mode? and for God's sake use some creativity. How many pictures can one take of people sitting The "people" who sail with us tend to want those and they also provide excellent troll bate. Don't you agree? Hmmmm! RB 35s5 NY |

Which little Pentax do you have? Here's what I have at this moment.... Pentax S5i....best AF system around Casio Z120....same AF system, higher MP Only a handful of cameras on the market can focus as well as these units above...a little secret many people don't know! I've been using those on board, but I'll soon be trying the D70 and D80 on board as well. Hope this helps. |
