I wasn't really even recommending that particular boat for Frank -
just the WWP 19 in general. It's a good boat for doing exactly what
he is talking about. The only question would be if it is large enough.

I'd recommend looking at a used WWP19 with the tall rig. Don't pay more than
5K$ with the trailer.
