I may not haul out this year...... but I have until Oct31st 2006 to decide
on that.

In the meantime Overproof is on a secure mooring with water taxi, shoreside
showers, pump-out, water, power as needed, picturesque fishing village,
great restaurants and bars, fresh veggies, butcher shop, nearby loft and
chandlery..... all the stuff one needs. No crime, no break ins no thefts no
vandalism, no security needed.... and friends to drop by and spend time
aboard. The sailing area is fantastic and I can go out every weekend when I
get back from site. I can also haul out and place the boat to a cradle on
the town wharf.

Total season cost with free water taxi [0800hrs to 2100hrs 7 days a week and
free water/power at the dock and free showers with dinghy dock included]
$360Can. ....... Beat that! :-)
