If diving flippers were such a good idea then lifeguards would be using them. RB doesn't get it. Time is of the essence. Wrong again, Bob. The CG does use them. In fact when a Hatteras sank two years ago near stepping stone, I watched CG rescuers hit the water in shorts and fins to pull people out. Lifeguards work on the beach or poolside, Bob. RB 35s5 NY |
