Light to Single Reef Breezes Today

We have set about six daily of record highs this past week. Way too much heat this early. And the gulf is too hot. Not good. Started with a North wind. Saw, NE, NW, East, and then it settled down to a light Southerly onshore breeze. Once again the strongest wind was the East wind. With the wind mostly Northerly, these are great opportunities to sail east or west on Long Island Sound. How dare you post about sailing on this site. Frank |

Are the weather men are predicting another big hurricane
season? "Frank Boettcher" wrote Bumpy today, lots of T-storms. But should be perfect for the weekend. I had a regatta to sail on a friends brand new Beneteau 343, however have to go to Nashville for a wedding we committed to. Very close friend's daughter or I would skip it and sail.
