Shirley Jones was the librarian in the Music Man with Robert Preston, Mrs
Partridge of the Partridge Family.
Sharon Lawrence is a modern day actress, in her lates 30's. She was on NYPD
Blue and had her own television show. In her day, Shirley Jones was much
hotter.

I actually met her in the late-60s (or early 70s, can't remember). She
and Jack Cassidy (before the fire that killed him of course). I was
Shawn Cassidy's counsellor at a summer camp. He was a very quiet, but
likable kid.

I saw Jack Cassidy standing on a street corner in New York City when I was
there in 1969. It was an eighth grade field trip (mine, not his).

They were really quite nice in person. They did a little song/dance
thing for all the campers and staff, then took all the counsellors to
lunch.
