Mr Sails took a teaching position in Isle of Wight County, VA and we
prefer to keep the boat down in Pamlico Sound...hence..we have moved
into an apartment for the time being...

Oh...well you gotta do what you gotta do. I was starting to wonder when
you told that guy living together in a small area can amplify problems.
Congrats to Mr Sails on the new gig, teachers get lots of time off and
I'm sure you will get in ten times the sailing this summer than the
fake captain Rob.
