It dont qualify fer bein a junk yard unless its got more'n 4 cars or
trucks on blocks, or if all the old tires arent painted white and
lining your driveway, its ok to use tires for planters. The number of
old boats dosent count against you and neither does that rusty sheet
metal you waz gonna build a shed with. If you replace the blue plastic
tarp every 5 years it'll keep the rain outa your leaking doublewide
roof.
