I've sent my Martec back for service several times. Never has

it been
over $200 bucks. You're right about them coming back as good as

new.

You're wrong about this, Thom. It was Steve who claimed it was
expensive. In the case of the J30 prop, it needed a LOT of

work. I
posted the Martec info showing it's typically 175.00. Take this

up with
Steve, who claimed reconditioning was close to the cost of a

new prop!
A new prop for the J30 would still have been around 800 bucks,

more
than twice the cost of reconditioing.
