And she's how old?
38, this is her second career. Her starting salary for a 3 shift week is 72K. When does she take the state boards? They are the same, Doug. She's now a licensed RN. She'll spend a couple of years in critical care, mostly for the elderly...she feels they are the most abused and ignored segment and that's sadly true. Gee wiz. My wife is an RN and also has a masters in business. She gave up bedside nursing. That's sad. RB 35s5 NY |

She'll spend a couple of years in critical care, after she gets to know the REAL me, and that's sadly true. RB Tribecky...built for lesbians, bi lesbians NY |

72K a year? That's about 80% more than most other entry level RN's going into geriatrics make in the NYC area. http://swz.salary.com/salarywizard/l...20--%20Nursing Kinda like the gas mileage and body style on the Tribeca: Inflated by you! Liar!
Here's the salary for Staff Geriatric RN's in New York City: http://swz.salary.com/salarywizard/l...20--%20Nursing Your wife is entry level. Why does she make 50% more than someone with 10 years experience? Just like your Tribeca gas mileage figures! Inflated! Liar! She's really pulling $18/hour, just like every other beginner nurse - half of what you said! Liar! Amen! "Capt. Rob" wrote in message ups.com... And she's how old? 38, this is her second career. Your wife is entry level. Why does she make 50% more than someone with
10 years experience? Wanna make a bet? 68K per year for night shift, 36 hours per week, plus loan forgiveness program and bonus = 72K RB 35s5 NY |

Loan forgiveness is taxed as ordinary income, but if you had an inkling of financial savvy, you could deduct the cost of education as an expense. That bonus is small. Most signing bonuses I know of are about 10K for nurses. What hospital is she working at? Monster has job listings for experienced OR nurses at 80K$ in Westchester County. So they're paying entry level nurses more than nurses who have been on the staff 5 years or more? Why don't they just rehire experienced nurses who left the field because the pay was too low when they left? You lie! It's easy to prove too! Amen! RB 35s5 NY |

Here's the salary for Staff Geriatric RN's in New York City:
She's not a geriatric nurse. Those RNs usually are from West Indies and make about 50K. She's in critical care at a private heart hospital. You can post all the charts you want. RB 35s5 NY |
