Well you can't have everything. It would be nice if they
didn't stand proud of the deck.

Cassettes.
The whole rudder can be withdrawn from the top for repair.

Nice. I've seen that design, and think it is ideal. You
could drop a whole new spare rudder right in, in a few
minutes. Take some pictures if you get a chance.
