Should "old people" be kept on a leash? Should he be confined to his home
in case he smells of "wee"?


Maybe you think that he is too old to decide if it is safe to sail????

Or perhaps you think that old people should only be allowed to sail after a
younger person has carried out a risk assessment!!!!

Thank God that I don't live in California!
