It's the new Florida. NC has done too fine a job promoting itself as such. Hell, the largest real estate pages in SOUNDINGS aren't Florida anymore. But fear not--when all those blue hairs begin dying off from natural attrition, those up north will begin to believe there must be something dangerous or toxic in NC and start going back to Florida.
