Now one dictionary meaning is :

I believe that different races have their inherant traits and capacities....
generated by a lineage of circumstance, climate, conditioning and
requirements. Inherent superiority of one race is limited to context and
existing conditions. No one race can claim superiority in all aspects. All
races must be afforded respect. It is not wrong for me to be proud of my
racial origins. If you have no respect for other races you merely demean
your own heritage! The fact that being a white male, resonably educated and
able to understand the benifits that brings me .. in no way renders me
incapable of comprehending limitations imposed on myself or those of other
races...
