If you feel that you need a team behind you, then I'm afraid that you have

If you feel that you need Scotty or Ole Thom on your team, then I suspect
that you suffer from low self esteem.


As you think that you need *both* Scotty and Ole Thom to support you in your
efforts, I can only conclude that you know that your own abilities are no
match for the majority of asa posters.
