This guy sailed into the anchorage last year in a very light wind. He dropped
anchor, stood on the bow and started waving his arms up and down in a distress signal. I went over in my dinghy and asked him what was the nature of his distress (as required by law). He said he needed a ride to shore because he had no dinghy. I told him to try swimming and motored away. Some people are so stupid. CN "Joe" wrote in message ups.com... Wrong Whorebath, it is an offically described distress signal. So is a Red Flare American Flag Flown upside down Waving both arms up and down Can anyone describe more? |
