I wonder how it could be that a man as smart as Neal seems to be, does not
know that as a U.S. Postal worker, he is entitled to the often misunderstood
privileges of tenure. In fact, he has criticized me for enjoying the same
benefits that he has! It leads one to consider the possibility that he is
not a U.S.Postal worker at all!
